Refund policy


At PinkyBelles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and all items are carefully inspected before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund. To qualify:

•Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

•Provide your order number, product code (found on the invoice), and attach photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

•Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product.

Important Notes:

•Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

•Shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges and Store Credit

For most of our products, we offer exchanges in the form of store credit, which can be applied toward future purchases at PinkyBelles. However, due to the nature of certain products or stock availability, some items may not be eligible for exchange. To check if your item qualifies for an exchange:

•Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item to check if it qualifies for an exchange.

•Our team will verify whether the product is eligible for store credit or exchange, based on the condition of the item and our current stock.

•Once approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to use toward any future purchase.

•There is no restocking fee for approved exchanges.

Please Note:

•Clearance items, sale items, and items marked as final sale may not be eligible for exchanges or store credit.

If a product falls under this category, we will notify you during your exchange request process.

•Exchange requests must be approved by our Customer Service team before returning the item.

•Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including:

•Clearance items, sale items, and PinkyBelles Tote Bags (unless damaged or incorrect).

•Items with detached or missing tags, or those damaged due to customer negligence.

PinkyBelles Tote Bag Orders

Our PinkyBelles Tote Bags are custom printed for you. As such, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless:

You received the wrong item, or

Your tote bag is damaged.

If any of these apply, please contact us at support@pinkybelles.shop within 7 business days, providing your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

•Contact us at support@pinkybelles.shop with your order number, product code, and photo or video evidence (if applicable).

•Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide instructions on the next steps.

•Please ensure that all returns are approved before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

•Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•Authorized claims/returns will be credited in the full amount of product price as soon as the returned items are received and all proper steps have been applied. 

•Refunds can take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
